Pricing:
The prices displayed in our e-commerce section are discounted
retail prices, requests for large quantity orders are available
by calling 1-800-362-3770 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.
Some discounts and specials are available at times, and large
order discounts could also apply. Orders and final pricing
can be obtained by calling us at 1-800-362-3770.
Availability:
Availability of VoIP equipment is unpredictable to say
the least. We do our absolute best keeping product in
stock, in reasonable quantities for your immediate delivery
needs. Items that are not in stock typically require
a 5-7 business day lead-time. In some instances orders
may take as long as 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from the manufacturer;
and in rare cases, it may take longer. A representative
from our company is available to talk to you about the manufacture/model
and quantity that you may require as well as your implementation
plans.
Warranty:
All warranties on New merchandise are Manufacturer warranty,
and may vary per manufacturer. Warranties for refurbished
equipment may vary, please ask your representative for more
information. You may also wish to read our Product Return Policy and Guidelines.
Billing:
All terms of payment are credit card ( Amex, Visa, MasterCard
), or C.O.D. (C.O.D. is not available for residential
delivery) Net terms may be available, contact your sale rep.
for more information. Wire transfer in advance is required
for all International sales.
Special Orders:
Many orders are "Special Order". This is true whenever the
manufacturer is making special efforts to manufacture or ship
and order specifically for a defined purchase order. These
orders are non-cancelable after time of order. Full
delivery of special orders must be taken and paid for.
Advance deposits are usually required for special orders.
Freight:
- All shipments are
FOB ship point.
- Domestic shipments: Customers pay all freight and taxes.
- International Freight: Freight, tax's, duties and
tariffs paid by customer. |
