One-year Limited Warranty: Canada and US Orders

TalkSwitch units sold within the United States and Canada come with a one-year limited warranty that is valid from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the entire contents of the TalkSwitch package. You must return a defective TalkSwitch unit or package item (power adapter, serial cable, software CD, user manual, etc.) to TalkSwitch, and to pay for the shipping costs each return incurs. TalkSwitch will replace the defective product and ship it to you at our expense.

To Return a Defective Product

  2. Our support representative will determine the nature of the defect and give you a unique Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the defective product in the original package with the WRA number to TalkSwitch We will send you a replacement product as soon as your return arrives at our offices.

    Note: For a full refund, products must be received by TalkSwitch within 30 days of the issued WRA. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to units received after 30 days. Any unit received after 90 days will not be accepted for delivery, and NO credit or exchange will be awarded.

  4. If the original packaging is not used for shipping any damage will be the responsibility of the customer.

TalkSwitch units sold in countries other than Canada and the United States have a one-year limited warranty that is valid from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the entire contents of the TalkSwitch package. It is your responsibility to return a defective unit or package item (power adapter, serial cable, software CD, user manual, etc.) to TalkSwitch You must pay for the shipping costs each return incurs, a US$20 brokerage fee, and any applicable customs levies. TalkSwitch will replace the defective product and ship it to you at your expense.

To Return a Defective Product

  3. Ship the defective product in the original packaging with the WRA number to TalkSwitch. We will charge your credit card for the US$20 brokerage fee and shipping costs, then send you a replacement product as soon as your return arrives at our offices.

  4. If the original packaging is not used for shipping, any damage will be the responsibility of the customer.




30-day Money Back Guarantee: Canada and US 

TalkSwitch offers a 30-day, money back, satisfaction guarantee on its products if you buy them directly from us. The guarantee is in effect from the date of purchase. If the TalkSwitch model(s) do not operate to your satisfaction, you must return the package and all of its contents to TalkSwitch You will be required to pay for the shipping costs your return incurs. This policy will not be waived under any circumstances. We assume that you will have read this document before your purchase.

To Return a Product

  1. Call a TalkSwitch technical support representative at 1.866.393.9960.

  2. Our support representative will give you a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product. You may not return a product without an RMA number.

  3. Ship the product in the original packaging with the RMA number to TalkSwitch.

    Note: For a full refund, products must be received by TalkSwitch within 30 days of the issued WRA. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to units received after 30 days. Any unit received after 90 days will not be accepted for delivery, and NO credit or exchange will be awarded.

  4. If the original packaging is not used, any damage will be the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Centrepoint will open and inspect the returned unit, then authorize a credit, less the restocking fee, to the original purchaser's card.

  6. Centrepoint will mail a credit invoice to notify the original purchaser of the credit.

30-day Money Back Guarantee: International

TalkSwitch does not offer a 30-day money back guarantee on its products to customers outside Canada or the United States.
